The Account Manager leads the development and oversees the strategic direction, vision and management of programs and vision for clients. The Account Manager has proven expertise in all account management responsibilities and is focused on providing strategic leadership for assigned accounts, ensuring overarching client needs are being met and looking for opportunities to build the business with existing or new clients. They must be able to finesse delicate client relationships while driving the agency to produce its best results.
The ideal Account Manager must thrive in a high energy, fast-paced environment, have exceptional organizational skills, a proactive attitude, excellent people skills and a sincere interest in marketing/PR and agriculture. To succeed in this role, the right person must have exceptional relationship building skills, be able to anticipate obstacles and have a problem-solving mentality.
